FTC Redlands is a dynamic forward thinking, creative church anchored on Christ with a hunger to see the next generation transformed by the beautiful message of salvation through water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. We thrive as a body of Christians, and just as the fruit trees, members of FTC Redlands will flourish as “…trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord…” (Isa 61:3b).
What We Believe
ONE GOD
We believe in ONE GOD, and that his name is Jesus Christ.
The Bible says: “Jesus Christ…this is the true God and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20
SALVATION BY GRACE
We believe in SALVATION BY GRACE, through faith in Jesus Christ.
The Bible says: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not
yourselves: it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8
REPENTANCE AND BAPTISM
We believe in REPENTANCE AND BAPTISM in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Bible says: “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.” Acts 2:38
HOLY GHOST
We believe in the infilling of the HOLY GHOST with the evidence of SPEAKING IN TONGUES.
The Bible says: “and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost… for the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even many as the Lord our God shall call.” Acts 2:38, 39
LIVE IN HOLINESS
We believe and preach that the believer should LIVE IN HOLINESS.
The Bible says: “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no
man can see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14
SING JOYOUSLY
We SING JOYOUSLY AND CLAP OUR HANDS.
The Bible says: “O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with a voice
of triumph.” Psalm 47:1
THE HEALING OF THE SICK
We believe in the power of God for THE HEALING OF THE SICK.
The Bible says: “they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” Mark
16:18
RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD AND JUDGEMENT
We believe in the RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD AND JUDGEMENT.
The Bible says: “And I saw a great white throne…And I saw the dead, small
and great stand before God;…and they were judged every man according to
their works… And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast
into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:11-15
THE RETURN OF JESUS
We believe that JESUS CHRIST WILL RETURN SOON FOR HIS CHURCH.
The Bible says: “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we
ever be with the Lord.” 1 Thessalonians 4:17
